Before you can submit your withdrawal request, please ensure that you have linked your withdrawal wallet address to your trading account.
Also please take note that once you've successfully confirmed your withdrawal request, any bonuses in your trading account will be forfeited. For more information regarding the terms and conditions of the trading bonuses, please click HERE
On your 'Asset' page, click on the 'Withdraw' button of the respective coin that you would like to withdraw from.
The withdrawal window will pop up, and you may check on the withdrawable amount in your account, to know if you have sufficient funds to meet the minimum withdrawal limit.
Next, click on the 'Wallet Address' and select the address of your receiving wallet.
After you have selected your wallet, you can either click on the withdrawable amount for the system to fill in your total withdrawable figure for you, or you can enter the amount manually before you click on 'Submit'.
After you click 'Submit', a window will pop up to obtain your Google Authenticator 2FA security code.
Once the system successfully validated your 2FA code, the system will redirect you to this screen below.
Immediately, an email containing the details of your withdrawal request will be sent out to the account's registered email address. You will need to click on the verification link button to verify your withdrawal request. Please check your email inbox for this email. Note: If the email is not found inside your Inbox, please check your junk / spam box. The verification email is only valid for 30 minutes.
Once you have clicked on the verification link button, you will be redirected to this confirmation message below.
Please take note that Bybit process all withdrawal requests 3 times a day at UTC Time 0800,1600 and 2400. The cut-off time for withdrawal request will be 30 minutes before the scheduled withdrawal processing time.
For example, all requests made before 0730 will be processed at 0800. Requests made after 0730 will be processed at 1600.
If you change your mind about the withdrawal, as long as your withdrawal has not been processed, you can always go back to your 'Asset' page, 'Withdrawal History' to cancel the withdrawal request.
For the withdrawal of XRP and EOS, please remember to enter your XRP Tag or EOS Memo for the transfer. Note: Failure to do so will cause unnecessary delays in processing your withdrawals.
