Your order may encounter the following problems when trading on Bybit:
- Order has not been executed.
- Please check your order price. If the price you entered is too high or low compared to the current market price, then there is no order in the market that can match the price you’ve set. Your order will be placed into the order book and await execution.
- If you want to complete the order as soon as possible, please consider canceling the order and resetting another price. Alternatively, you can use the market order to buy or sell directly.
- Order is being rejected.
To protect traders from market manipulations, Bybit implements the following order execution limits for spot trading:
A market order will only be filled at the best 10 Bid/Ask order prices in the order book. Any part of the order exceeding the limit will be rejected.
- There are more issues with your order.
If you encounter any issues with your order that are not listed above, you can log in to your Bybit account and click "Support" in the bottom right corner to contact Bybit LiveChat support, or drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
