MT4 uses a different account number from your Bybit UID. Make sure that you’re logging in with the MT4 account number and password that was provided to you via email. If you’re still unsuccessful at logging in, MT4 will display a reason in the bottom right-hand corner.
An incorrect username or password may have been entered while trying to log in. Kindly check that you’ve selected the correct server during login, and entered the correct MT4 ID and password.
Live Accounts should be connected to the server: Bybit-GlobalAsia
If you’re still unable to log in, you may have entered an incorrect MT4 ID or password. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a password reset.
No Connection or Common Error
If you’re receiving the No Connection or Common Error message when logging in, kindly attempt the following steps to resolve the issue.
1. Click on the bottom right corner and select Rescan server. After you have rescanned the server, the connection between the MT4 client terminal and Bybit’s server should be refreshed
Should the above not resolve your issue, please proceed with the following troubleshooting steps.
If the above does not work, copy the Server address: mt4.bybit.com:443 and paste this into the Server Box when logging in.
1. Disable any Antivirus/Firewall that is installed on your computer as it may be blocking access to your MT4 application.
2. Restart your computer and launch MT4
If you still face an issue after performing both troubleshooting steps, please contact our Live Chat support or send us an email at email@example.com.
