Step 1: Locate your Recovery Key Phrase(RKP). If you still have your Recovery Key Phrase, you can follow the binding GA process to re-bind your Google Authenticator back to your Bybit account.
Step 2: If you confirmed that you have lost your RKP, please drop us an email with your account's registered email address to email@example.com and state the following
1) The reason why you lost your Google Authenticator (Lost Phone, Damaged Phone, Reinstalled Google Authenticator)
2) You did not record down your Recovery Key Phrase
3) Officially state your intentions to allow Bybit CS to assist you to unbind your existing Google Authenticator
