To improve your network reliability to the Bybit platform, please ensure that you do the following:
PC Platform
1) Bybit is an online trading platform. Please ensure that you are connected to a stable, reliable and secured fibre broadband. If you are experiencing weak wireless signals, please consider using a wired LAN cable connection.
2) Check with your broadband network service provider to seek their assistance to optimize your network connection to our servers in Singapore
3) Use Google Chrome. If you are using other browsers, please attempt to login using Google Chrome to see if it helps.
4) Update your Google Chrome to the latest version. After the update, it is a must to perform a browser restart to complete the update.
5) Remove unused extensions in your Google Chrome. The more extensions you installed in your browser, the higher the resources needed, the slower the loading times of the Google Chrome browser.
6) Clear your cookies and cache. After clearing, it is a must to completely close your browser and re-login to Bybit
7) Data is pushed out by our servers to your browser at a high frequency, especially during huge market movements. Therefore, when you leave the Bybit trading page idle to browse the internet on another tab, the browser itself will prioritize the data feed of your active tab and reduce the data feed to your Bybit trading page. So please always refresh your page before beginning any trading activities. Press F5 (Windows) or Command+R (MacOS) to refresh your browser.
8) Avoid opening too many browser tabs when trading to ensure that the maximum broadband bandwidth can be utilized by the Bybit trading platform to push data to your end in the quickest time possible.
9) Turn off the order book animation
To turn it off, please click on Settings and uncheck "Turn On: Orderbook Animation"
10) Use a VPN server connected to Japan, Hong Kong or Singapore if you are geographically located very far away from our servers in Singapore. Any lags experienced after using a VPN, please contact your VPN provider first, obtain some useful data before reaching out to Bybit.
11) Located at the bottom right corner of the platform (where the live chat button is), manually select the best network route with the lowest latency.
APP Platform
1) Bybit is an online trading platform. Please ensure the strength of your 4G/LTE signals or WiFi signals are better than average for smooth trading experience. Weak signals may be experienced inside lifts, underground road tunnels or underground subways.
2) Ensure that your APP is updated to the latest version.
3) The constant switching between apps inside your smartphone, especially for prolonged periods between switching, may cause the Bybit APP to be in a non-active state. In this case, please completely force close your app and relaunch it to refresh the app.
Mobile Platform
1) Bybit is an online trading platform. Please ensure the strength of your 4G/LTE signals or WiFi signals are better than average for smooth trading experience. Weak signals may be experienced inside lifts, underground road tunnels or underground subways.
