Register using PC/Desktop
Points to Note:
- You cannot change your email address once it has been registered. Please refrain from using an email address from a provider that you may not be able to use in the future due to changes in services or other reasons. We recommend three email service providers: Gmail, iCloud, and ProtonMail.
- To make a withdrawal, you need to bind your email address. Binding your mobile number is not mandatory. Registration using an email address is recommended.
- You cannot bind a registered email address to another account. A separate email address is required for each account.
- You can change a registered mobile number, but you cannot delete it. Similarly, you cannot bind the same mobile number to more than one account.
- Enter your mobile number after specifying the country code, and omit the leading zero. (For example, if your mobile number is 090-1234-5678, enter 9012345678.)
- Enter the information in single-byte alphanumeric characters. Do not use double-byte characters.
Please note that currently Bybit does not provide services to the United States, mainland China, Singapore, Quebec (Canada), North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Sevastopol, Sudan, Syria. For more information, please refer to Service Restricted Countries.

You can register using your (1) email address or (2) mobile number
Step 1: Choose to register using Email or Mobile phone number. Please enter your email or mobile number + country code, preferred password and referral code (optional and can be left blank) accordingly.
Step 2: Once you click on “Continue”, you will see the window below. If you are not from the restricted countries or region mentioned, select “No” to continue with the registration.
Step 3: Complete the captcha verification and enter the verification code sent to your email inbox (email registration) or SMS code sent to your mobile number (mobile registration).
Note: If you do not receive the email, please check if it has been sent to your spam/junk mail box.

Register using APP
Download the official Bybit APP from Google Play Store or Apple App Store
Step 1: Launch the Bybit APP. At the bottom right corner, select 'Assets'
Step 2: Select the 'Sign Up' button from the upper right corner.
Step 3: Similarly, you can register using your (a) email address or (b) mobile number
- a) For registration using email address, key in your email address, password and referral code (optional and can be left blank) and select 'Continue'
- b) For registration using mobile number, select 'Mobile registration'. Next, select your country code, key in your mobile number, password and referral code (optional and can be left blank) and select 'Continue'.
Step 4: If you are not from the restricted countries or region mentioned, select “No” to continue with the registration.
Step 5: Complete the captcha verification and key in the email/SMS verification code sent to your email address or mobile number respectively.

How to reset your password?

Step 2: Enter your account's registered email address or mobile number and
click 'Next'
Step 3: Enter your new desired password and key in the email/SMS verification
code sent to your email address or mobile number respectively. Click on 'Confirm'
You have successfully reset your password.
Reset password using APP
Step 1: Launch the Bybit APP. At the bottom right corner, select 'Assets'
Step 2: Select the 'Log in' button
Step 3: If you previously registered your account using email address, please select 'Forget Password', key in your email address and select 'Reset Password' to proceed.
If you previously registered using mobile number, please select 'Login with mobile number' first before selecting 'Forget Password'. Select your country code and key in your mobile number. Select 'Reset Password' to proceed.
Step 4: Key in the email/SMS verification code sent to your email address or mobile number respectively. The APP will automatically redirect you to the next page.
Step 5: Key in your new login password and select 'Reset Password'

How to change/bind your mobile number?

(A) To bind a new mobile number to your account
Step 1: Click on the link above to enter your account's security settings page. Perform a login if prompted. Click on the 'Settings' button as shown below.
Step 2: Select your mobile number's country code and key in the mobile number.
Step 3: Click on the Send Verification Code and fill in the Email verification code sent to your mailbox. For users who have completed the google authentication, google authenticator code is required instead. After that, Click on 'Confirm'.
Step 4: Enter the SMS verification code sent to your mobile number and click on 'Confirm'
You have successfully binded your mobile number to your account.
(B) To change your account's registered mobile number
Note:
— Please note that withdrawal is prohibited for 24 hours after user change their mobile number.
— Users are required to complete google authentication before they can change the registered mobile number.
Step 1: Click on the link above to enter your account's security settings page. Perform a login if prompted. Click on the 'Change' button as shown below.
Step 2: Select your new mobile number's country code and key in your new mobile number. Click on confirm to the next page.
Step 3: Click on 'Send verification code' to receive code via SMS. Enter the verification code sent to your new mobile number and click 'Confirm'

To bind a new mobile number to your account
Step 1: Launch the Bybit APP. At the bottom left corner, select 'Homepage'. Then Select the 'Profile' icon on the top left corner
Step 2: Select 'Security' to ‘Add’ your Mobile number.
Step 3: You will be prompted to key in your Email/Google Authenticator code. Enter the code sent to your mailbox or enter your Google Authentication code.
Step 4: Key in your mobile number and select 'Receive Verification Code'. In the following page, key in the SMS code sent to your mobile number. .

Note:
1) It is highly recommended that a copy of your Recovery Key Phrase is stored securely. RKP is needed when you attempt to bind into a new Google Authenticator.
2) To ensure maximum account and asset security, Bybit urges all traders to have their 2FA binded to their Google Authenticator at all times.
Step 1: Click on the link above to enter your account's security settings page. Perform a login if prompted. Click on the 'Settings' button as shown below.
Step 2: Click on 'Send verification code'
Step 3: A verification code will be sent to either your registered email address or registered mobile number. Key into the empty boxes and click 'Confirm'. A pop out window showing a QR code will appear. Leave it untouched first while you use your smartphone to download the Google Authenticator APP.
Step 4: Download the official Google Authenticator APP from Google Play Store or Apple App Store
Step 5: Launch the Google Authenticator app inside your smartphone or tablet. Select the '+' icon and select 'Scan a QRcode'
Step 6: Scan the QR code and a 6 digit 2FA code will be randomly generated inside your Google Authenticator APP.
Step 7: Write down the Recovery Key Phrase (RKP). Store your RKP securely inside an encrypted cloud server or inside another secured device.
Step 8: Key in the 6 digit code generated in your Google Authenticator and click 'Confirm'
You have successfully binded your Google Authenticator to your account.
(B) To unbind your account's 2FA via Google Authenticator
Step 1: Click on the link above to enter your account's security settings page. Perform a login if prompted. Click on the 'Disable' button as shown below.

Step 3: Beside Google 2FA Authentication, slide the white circle switch to the right to enable the Google Authentication.
Step 4: Key in the email/SMS verification code sent to your email address or mobile number respectively. The APP will automatically redirect you to the next page.
Step 5: Download the official Google Authenticator APP from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Once you have downloaded it, select 'Continue' to proceed.
Step 6: Write down the Recovery Key Phrase (RKP) and store it securely inside an encrypted cloud server or inside another secured device. Press 'Copy key'
Step 7: Launch the Google Authenticator app inside your smartphone or tablet. Select the '+' icon and select ‘enter a setup key’
Step 8: Type in any unique name (e.g. Bybit - followed by your registered email address), paste the copied key into the ' key' blank space and select 'ADD'. A 6 digit code will be generated successfully in your Google Authenticator.
Step 9: Go back into your Bybit APP, select 'Next'
Step 10: Key in the 6 digit code generated in your Google Authenticator and select 'Confirm'

To unbind your account's 2FA via Google Authenticator

How to change nickname and notification language?

How to activate/deactivate trade option settings?

There are several trade option settings that can be activated/deactivated to
personalize your Bybit PC trading experience.

Deposit via Web
Step 1: Click on Assets at the top right-hand corner of the Bybit home page. Then select the deposit account — Spot Account or Derivatives Account — to enter the asset page.
Step 2: Click Deposit in the column of the currency you wish to deposit.
Step 3: After clicking Deposit, you’ll be directed to your Bybit deposit address. From there, you can either scan the QR code or copy the deposit address, and use it as the destination address to which you can send the funds.
To change your default deposit account, you can set it up in the following two (2) ways:
- Select Deposits auto channeled to Derivatives Account or Spot Account on deposit page, or
- Head to the Settings page under Accounts and Security

How to make a deposit into Bybit
Step 1: Please click on Assets, located at the bottom right-hand corner of the page, and click the Deposit button.
Step 2: Select the currency, or enter your preferred currency in the search box to proceed to the next step.
Step 3: On the Deposit page, you can either scan the QR code or copy the deposit address, and use it as the destination address to which you can send the funds.
To change your default deposit account, you can set it up in the following two (2) ways.
1. On the Deposit page, click on the Auto transfer of funds to column, and select Auto transfer of funds to Spot Account or Derivative Account, or
2. Head to the general settings page under General
How to perform an asset exchange?
To further enhance the trading experience and convenience for our customers, traders can exchange their coins directly using the asset exchange function available on the derivative account. Only the coins listed below support asset exchange, which are: BTC, ETH, EOS, XRP, DOT and USDT.

How to perform an asset exchange in Bybit
Step 1: Proceed to the Derivatives Assets page of your account by clicking the Assets > Derivatives Account on the top right corner of your Bybit website.
Step 2: Click on the “Exchange” button on the coin you want to convert. Alternatively, you can use the Asset Exchange URL given above.
Please note that all asset exchange transactions should be done from Derivative Account, if your assets are in Spot or ByFi Account then you need to transfer them first to Derivative Account in order to proceed.
Step 3: Choose the coin that you wish to use for conversion and select the coin you wish to convert to. The following screenshot is an example of exchanging BTC to XRP.
Step 4: Enter the number of coins that you wish to use for conversion, either by manually entering the number of coins or by using the percentage (%) function to convert the indicated % of coins from your available margin.
Step 5: Then click on "Quote", and you will see the current conversion rate which is referenced to the current index price.
Step 6: Finally, click the “Convert” button to complete the coin conversion process.
You have successfully converted your coin!
Note:
Due to the slight delay between getting the quote and confirming the transaction, the Real-Time Exchange Rate at the moment that you confirm the transaction on the pop-up window will be applied to the transaction. Therefore, it might be slightly different (better or worse) from the calculation. If the difference between Real-time Exchange Rate and Quotation Rate is more than 0.5%, this request will be automatically canceled.

How to perform an asset exchange in Bybit?
Step 1: Launch your Bybit APP in your mobile device. By default, you will be directed to the “Home” page.
Step 2: Go to the “Assets” page.
Step 3: Click on “Derivative” on the top corner. Please note that all asset exchange transactions should be done from Derivative Account, if your assets are in Spot or ByFi Account then you need to transfer them first to Derivative Account in order to proceed.
Step 4: Click the “Exchange” button and select the coin. Alternatively, you can also click on the coin first then click the “Exchange” button from its own page.
Step 5: Input the amount of your asset exchange request, take note to take into account the fee.
Step 6: Get a quotation then click the “Confirm” button to complete the process.
You have successfully converted your coin!
Note:

— Before you can proceed to add your wallet address to your Bybit account, you will need to set up a 2FA Security (Google Authenticator) for your trading account.
— For the withdrawal of coins that require a tag/memo (XRP/EOS/XYM/XLM/XEM), please remember to enter your Tag or EOS Memo for the transfer. Failure to do so will cause unnecessary delays in processing your withdrawal.
Step 1: To begin with, click the wallet management link given above. Alternatively, you can click on "Assets" at the top right-hand corner of the home page and go to Spot Account. Then, click “Withdraw” in the column of the currency you want to add the wallet address for.
Step 2: A window will pop up, and please click on the 'Add' button.
Step 3: You will be redirected to the Wallet Address page, and please click on the 'Add' button again.
Note: if you do not see this 'Add' button, please check your browser settings and ensure that the zoom factor is set to 100% or below.
Step 4: A small window will pop up, and please select the respective type of coin of your wallet.
Step 5: Once you have chosen the respective coin, please enter your wallet address for your withdrawal
Step 6: Next, please provide a name to your wallet and click 'Confirm'.
Note: You can input any name for the Address Name as long as you can easily identify it for future withdrawals.
Step 7: A window will pop up to obtain your Google Authenticator 2FA security code.

Adding withdrawal wallet address using APP
How to add your withdrawal destination wallet address?
Step 1: Launch your Bybit APP in your mobile device. By default, you will be directed to the “Home” page. Please go to the “Assets” page.
Step 2: Click on “Spot” on the top corner. Let’s keep in mind that all withdrawal requests should be submitted from the Spot account. If your asset is in Derivative or ByFi account, please transfer them in the Spot account wallet by using the “Transfer” button in order to proceed.
Step 3: Click the “Withdraw” button and select the coin. Alternatively, you can also click on the coin first then click the “Withdraw” button from its own page.
Step 4: Click the “Please select an address” button.
Step 5: Click the “Add Address” button.
Step 6: Input your wallet address and preferred address name then click the “Confirm” button.
You have successfully added a wallet address! Once you're done, you will be able to view the list of your wallet addresses.
Note: If you wish to delete your wallet address, just click the “Delete” button when using PC/website or swipe left to delete when using Bybit APP.
How to submit a withdrawal request?

— Currently, Bybit supports withdrawals for coins listed in Spot Assets page with available Withdrawal button.
— Bybit supports immediate withdrawal with a certain amount limitation. The confirmation time depends on the blockchain and its current network traffic. For full information on this, please refer to Bybit Withdrawal General FAQ.
— Withdrawal option is not applicable for the TestNet platform.
— For the withdrawal of coins that require a tag/memo (XRP/EOS/XYM/XLM/XEM), please remember to enter your Tag or EOS Memo for the transfer. Failure to do so will cause unnecessary delays in processing your withdrawal.
How to make a withdrawal
Step 1: Click on "Assets" at the top right-hand corner of the home page and go to Spot Account.
Step 2: Click “Withdraw” in the column of the currency you want to withdraw.
Step 2a: Please note that withdrawals will be performed directly via the spot account. If you want to withdraw assets in the derivatives or ByFi account, please first transfer the assets in the derivatives account to the spot account by clicking "Transfer".
Step 2b: Before you can submit a withdrawal request, please make sure that you have linked your withdrawal wallet address to your Bybit account.
If you have not added a withdrawal address yet, please click "Add" to set your withdrawal address. You can refer to this How to add wallet address? article.
Step 3: Select the supported blockchain that you prefer. Click on “Wallet Address” and select the address of your receiving wallet you have added. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, or click the "All" button to make a full withdrawal.
Step 4: Click “Submit” and you will be directed to the withdrawal verification page. The following two verification steps are required: Email verification and Google authentication.
Step 5: Email verification code. Click "Get Code" and drag the slider to complete verification.
Step 6: An email containing your email verification code will be sent to the registered email address of the account. Please enter the verification code you received.
Step 7: Google Authenticator code: please enter the six (6)-digit Google Authenticator 2FA security code you obtained.
Step 8: Click “ Submit”. Your withdrawal request has been successfully submitted!
Note:
— If the email is not found inside your inbox, please check your email’s spam folder. The verification email will only be valid for 5 minutes.
— For immediate withdrawal, it may take up to 30 minutes to process. For withdrawal that exceeds the limit for immediate withdrawal, it will be processed 3 times a day at 0800,1600 and 2400 UTC.

Step 3: Click on “Spot” on the top corner. Let’s keep in mind that all withdrawal requests should be submitted from the Spot account. If your asset is in Derivative or ByFi account, please transfer them in the Spot account wallet by using the “Transfer” button in order to proceed.
Step 4: Click the “Withdraw” button and select the coin. Alternatively, you can also click on the coin first then click the “Withdraw” button from its own page.
Step 5: Input the amount of your withdrawal request, take note to take into account the withdrawal fee.
Step 6: Select the withdrawal address where you want to send your asset. If you did not see your withdrawal wallet address, please follow this guide to add a withdrawal destination wallet address first.
Step 7: Click the “Withdraw” button.
Step 8: Key in your Email Verification and Google Authenticator Code
You have successfully submitted your withdrawal request.
How to cancel your withdrawal request?
Note:
— There is no fee in withdrawal request cancellation. The requested withdrawal amount and corresponding withdrawal fee will be refunded back in your Bybit wallet.
Submitting cancel a withdrawal request using PC/Desktop

To cancel a withdrawal request on Bybit:
Step 1: Click on the link above to enter your account's 'Withdraw History' page. Alternatively, you can click on "Assets" at the top right-hand corner of the home page and go to Spot Account. Then, click History and go to “Withdrawals”.
Step 2: Select the particular withdrawal request and click on “Cancel” on the right side of the page. If the “Cancel” button is greyed out, it means you can no longer cancel your withdrawal request as it is already on the withdrawal completion process.
Step 3: Click on “Confirm” to finalize your withdrawal request cancellation.
You have successfully cancelled your withdrawal request.
Cancel a withdrawal request using APP
To cancel a withdrawal request on Bybit
Step 1: Launch your Bybit APP. By default, you will be directed to the Home page.
Step 2: Click on “Assets”, go to “Spot” then click the “Withdraw” button. Alternatively, you can select the coin first then click the “Withdraw” button.
Step 3: In the Withdraw page, click the circular arrow on the top right corner. This will allow you to see your withdrawal request history.
Step 4: Inside the 'Withdrawal Record' page, if a withdrawal is showing 'Pending Review', you will then still be able to submit a cancellation by selecting the “Cancel withdrawal” button.
Step 5: Confirm your withdrawal cancellation request then the APP will display a “Successfully Cancelled” message on the top of the page.
You have successfully cancelled your withdrawal request.

Step 1: Click on the link above to enter your account's settings page. Perform a login if prompted. Alternatively, you can click the human icon on the top right corner of your trading page, go to “Account & Settings” then click “API Management”.
Step 2: Click on 'Create New Key' located on the right side of the 'API Management' page
Step 3: The following pop-out window will appear. Please configure your API key according to your trading needs. Enter your Google Authenticator 2FA and click on 'Confirm' to proceed

Step 4: In the "About us" screen, you can view your current App Version.
