A: Instant withdrawal may take up to 30 mins - 1 hour to process. However, please note that in the event of high network congestion, withdrawals may take longer time.

Q) Is there a minimum amount for withdrawal? What is the withdrawal fee?
A: Yes, there is. Trader can see the minimum withdrawal amount and withdrawal fees stated on the withdrawal window. Please note that the withdrawal fee is fixed for any withdrawal amount.
Q) Is withdrawal fee already included in the withdrawal amount I have indicated?
A: No, the withdrawal fee will charged beyond the indicated withdrawal amount. If traders want to withdraw all the withdrawable amount, traders can click on the "All" button and system will automatically input the amount after fees.
Q) How can I check my withdrawal status?
A: Trader can check their withdrawal status via this link: https://www.bybit.com/user/assets/records/trade-spot/withdraw
Q) Why are Bybit withdrawal fees relatively higher compared to other platforms?
A: Bybit charged a fixed fee for all withdrawals and dynamically adjust the batch transfer miner fee to a higher level to ensure the faster confirmation speeds of withdrawals on the blockchain.
Q) Can traders fix their own withdrawal fees on Bybit?
A: At the moment, no. However, Bybit is considering enabling this option for traders to determine their own withdrawal fees in the future.
Q) I could not make any withdrawal due to the error message: "Withdrawal request failed as bonus is currently in use for your active orders and/or positions (Derivatives)"
A: This happens when trader has open position using bonus as a margin on his derivative account. Please be noted that submission of withdrawals will forfeit any unutilized/available bonuses. Hence, the system determined that submitting a withdrawal will void the bonus, and if the bonus has been voided, there will be no margin to keep your open position. Withdrawal will be rejected.
Trader will be able to resubmit a withdrawal request after they have closed the position or have their own capital on derivative account to cover the position margin after the bonus is forfeited.
Q) What do the various statuses inside Withdrawal History symbolizes?
a) Pending Review = Traders have successfully submitted their withdrawal request and are pending a withdrawal review.
b) Pending Transfer = The withdrawal request has been successfully reviewed and pending submission onto the blockchain.
c) Successfully Transferred = The withdrawal of assets is successful and complete.
d) Rejected = The withdrawal request has been rejected due to varying reasons.
e) Canceled = The withdrawal request has been canceled by the user.
Q) Does Bybit support withdrawals to a Smart Contract ETH wallet address?
A: No, Bybit does not support ETH withdrawals via Smart Contracts method. Instead, Bybit only supports ETH withdrawals via Direct Transfer method.
Q) Does Bybit support USDT withdrawal via Omni blockchain?
A: No, Bybit does not support USDT withdrawals via Omni. Instead, Bybit only supports
Arbitrium One, SOL, BEP20, ERC20 and TRC20 USDT withdrawals.
Q) Does Bybit support withdrawals to a segwit BTC wallet address?
A: Yes, Bybit supports withdrawals to segwit BTC wallet addresses starting with "bc1", also known as bech32 addresses.
Q)For coins that require a tag/memo, does Bybit support withdrawals to a wallet address without a tag/memo?
A: Yes, Bybit does support withdrawals to a wallet address without tag/memo. However, please be aware that it is the traders' sole responsibility to check with their destination wallet address provider on the need to indicate a tag/memo when transferring out of Bybit.
Bybit will not be responsible for any missing coins due to withdrawal without indicating any tag/memo.
Q) I tried to transfer ETH to Bybit wallet address and it states that Bybit ETH wallet address is not EIP55 ready. What can I do?
A: Convert your account's Bybit ETH wallet address to become EIP55 ready. To do so, copy your ETH wallet address into Etherscan, perform a search and the corresponding EIP55-ready wallet address will appear on the top left corner (red box)
Q) Why is my account restricted from performing a withdrawal?
A: For account and asset security purposes, please be informed that the following actions will lead to withdrawal restrictions for 24 hours.
1. Change or reset of account password
2. Change of registered mobile number
Q) Why is there an "Invalid Code" error message when I input the 2FA code while making a withdrawal?
A: "Invalid Code" happens when the date or time on the 2FA code generating device is incorrect. This is often caused by travelling to another time zone and the device's time zone settings are not synchronized. To resolve the issue, please kindly refer to Resolving "Invalid Code' error after inputting Google Authenticator (GA) code

Q) Why am I required to rebind my Google Authenticator?
A: For security concerns, whenever you add a new wallet address, you are required to disable the existing Google Authenticator and re-enabling a new one.
To resolve your notification requesting for the relinking of your Google Authenticator, you will need to disable your current Google Authenticator and re-establish a new Google Authenticator.
