Depending on whether traders are using PC platform (www.bybit.com) or official Bybit app, please perform the following to restart your platform interface
Clear browser's cookies and cache, fully close the browser, relaunch www.bybit.com and attempt another fresh login. Alternatively, please use Google Chrome incognito mode to attempt a fresh login.
Check your current WiFi / mobile connection and ensure that they are fast, reliable, and secured. Disconnect and reconnect into the same or faster network connection.
Using the intial Recovery Key Phrase (RKP), attempt a fresh rebinding of your Bybit 2FA inside your Google Authenticator app. Thereafter, attempt another fresh login using the new set of generated codes.
Note: If you are still unable to login due to GA invalid code and did not store your RKP (only displayed at the point of binding), using your account's registered email address, please send in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following sentence
" Unable to login due to GA invalid code error. Tried the basic troubleshooting guide and also did not record down RKP. I would like to request for Bybit to assist in the unbinding of my account's Google Authenticator “
