Step 1:
Ensure that you are inputting the correct 6 digit randomized code generated by your Google Authenticator or other similar 2FA apps.
Step 2:
Attempt to troubleshoot your Google Authenticator by syncing it. The guide can be found here
Step 3:
Depending on whether traders are using PC platform (www.bybit.com) or official Bybit app, please perform the following to restart your platform interface
PC platform:
Clear browser's cookies and cache, fully close the browser, relaunch www.bybit.com and attempt another fresh login. Alternatively, please use Google Chrome incognito mode to attempt a fresh login.
App platform:
Force closing your Bybit app inside your recent apps drawer (Android, iOS), relaunch the app, and attempt another fresh login.
Step 4:
Check your current WiFi / mobile connection and ensure that they are fast, reliable, and secured. Disconnect and reconnect into the same or faster network connection.
Step 5:
Using the intial Recovery Key Phrase (RKP), attempt a fresh rebinding of your Bybit 2FA inside your Google Authenticator app. Thereafter, attempt another fresh login using the new set of generated codes.
