On Bybit, every account shares the same deposit wallet address for coin with tag/memo such as XRP, EOS, RUNE. Thus, traders must input the correct destination tag in order for the asset to be credited successfully.
if traders fail to input the correct destination tag, it will result in the non-receiving of their deposit. Below are some typical examples of such deposits with incorrect or missing tag.

2) Redirect to the Withdrawal History page in Exchange A
3) Show us clearly all the transfer details. Details should include amount, coin type, transfer date and time, as well as the completed TXID (Transaction hash)
4) In case the Exchange A did not show full TXID at the withdrawal history page but a link redirects to the blockchain, please click into the link and show us the information on the blockchain.

1) Successfully make a New transfer from Exchange A to Bybit for the same coin type. IMPORTANT Note: Please input the correct memo/tag this time.
2) The transfer amount should be 18.8 XRP / 2.5 EOS / 44 XYM / 44 XLM / 88 XEM / 50 HBAR / 2. 5 RUNE depending on the coin you are recovering. For example, if you are recovering XRP, you need to deposit XRP.

Q: How long does it take to manually credit my missing fund?
A: Usually it takes about 2 to 3 working days due to the verifications and manual procedures. In certain cases such as funds being credited to the wrong UID account due to wrong tag input by the trader may require a longer period to process.
Q: What should I do if I need the coin urgently for trading?
A: If you need the funds urgently for trading activities, please make a new deposit and please transfer it with the correct tag/memo this time. Bybit will not be responsible for any trading loss due to the missing tag/memo retrieval procedure.
